22/02/21 –

This term, Class 3 are studying the topic ‘Food and Clothing’. We will be learning about different types of clothing, different materials that can make our clothing and where these come from. We will also learn different processes of making food and where different foods come from.

This topic is a very practical topic and the pupils will be making items of clothing and learning different processes to make food (such as flour).

For this week, while the pupils are at home, I would like them to explore the basics of this topic. Finding different pieces of clothing, thinking of where their clothing might have come from, learning about the seasons and how and why we change our clothing and also how to look after our clothing.
